The Advanced Recruiter Program runs across six group (webinar) sessions and one individual coaching session with Ross Clennett.

This is a coaching and development program specifically designed for experienced recruiters who have already established themselves and are looking to elevate their performance to another level (ie those in the annual billings range of $250k-$450k).

The program is hosted online from the comfort of your desk and computer. The program leader (Ross Clennett) is seen on webcam throughout each session and each participant interacts via audio headset and a live chat window.

The Program includes a workbook for each session, access to a range of eBooks, and other material to complement the live material.

The Program has a maximum of twelve participants.

The specific focus of the ARP is maximising your desk-level productivity through greatly enhanced prioritisation and influencing & negotiating skills. These both lead to winning more high quality exclusive assignments, quickly completing the assignment with outstanding results and gaining repeat business and high quality referrals.

To accomplish these results the ARP is structured around the following five core areas:

  1. Clarity as to your specific ‘offer’ and who it is relevant for
  2. How to effectively pitch this offer to both clients and prospects
  3. Setting up each assignment for maximum speed, quality and results through key contract terms and client agreements
  4. The most important assignment fulfilment/delivery skills for clear competitive differentiation
  5. The most important ways to assess which clients are worth continuing to do business with, and those that are not

The program material is drawn from the breakthrough research (Corporate Executive Board, 2009) in the area of individual sales performance.

To qualify for this program you need to have a minimum of two years recruitment experience. A 2016/17 FY year billings/margin of at least $250,000 should be used as a guide for the level of seniority that this program is designed for.

This is a program that will require a commitment to attend all sessions and complete all the specified assignments between each session.

All participants completing the program receive a Certificate of Attendance that is recognised by the RCSA (Aus & NZ) as worth 20 points towards gaining or maintaining professional accreditation.
