Consulting ServicesThe consulting services that Ross offers are primarily in the following areas:
1. Skills & competency assessment and benchmarkingThis service is popular with owners and managers who want an independent view of the skills and competencies of an individual recruitment consultant and/or a team of consultants and how performance could be taken to the next level. This process typically takes a full day, in which Ross shadows the consultant(s) in all aspects of their job and then submits a written report covering his findings and recommendations for improvement. If requested, such things as internal processes and database usage can also be assessed and included in the report.
2. Document assessment and benchmarkingThis service is where a review of specified recruitment/employment literature (eg careers website content, training manuals, job advertisements, employment marketing brochures etc) is undertaken to provide feedback and recommendations for improvement.
