This service is for business owners, board members and directors. This service is, typically, a face-to-face service.
I will chair or facilitate a strategic planning meeting or other similar meeting to provide an objective view about any aspect of the company�s operations or strategic direction.
This may include such things as:
� Purpose/vision/values
� existing and new markets/clients
� existing and new service offerings
� staffing
� any other area as requested
This service can be a one-off service or an ongoing service.
I also am available to be a non-executive, non-equity member of a company�s board. This can be either an ongoing or fixed term service.
