To improve the performance of interviewers in assessing and selecting candidate(s) for employment (or referral for potential employment)
Program timeframe:
Approximately 3 months
Structure/inclusions of Program:
a) Foundation face-face workshop (half day or full day workshop depending upon participant numbers)
b) Three follow up webinars (one hour each)
c) Existing interview template and other relevant document review and feedback (approx 2 hours)
d) Telephone and email feedback (available on an as-needs)

In the range of AU$6500 - AU$9000 plus GST (depending upon participant numbers)
Note: Travel expenses only apply to bookings outside of Melbourne. Venue or catering costs are the responsibility of the client. Program material will be provided to the client for copying and distribution.
