I am frequently asked about the pricing of recruitment services. These questions include pricing for contingent multi-listed jobs versus exclusive jobs, temp margins, unbundled recruitment services, retainers, guarantees and many others. 

 

I attempt to answer these questions as best I can but there is no substitute for hearing from the real experiences of recruiters out there in the market who are actively taking in jobs and talking to clients.

 

This webinar is more of an open forum for discussion than a succession of prepared PowerPoint slides. I will be canvassing the experiences and opinions of all participants with respect to the following (as an example):

  • Temp margins - % mark-up versus $ mark-up
