Workshop Terms & Conditions of Purchase

Your purchase and registration is subject to the following terms and conditions:

• tickets are not refundable under any circumstances
• all registrations are fully transferable to another person for this workshop only
• should another participant not be available then a ‘stand by’ seat is offered for equivalent duration RossClennett.com workshops for a period of 3 months following the original workshop registered for. A ‘stand by’ registration is not a confirmed registration and is only offered in the event of there being unsold seats at a workshop. A ‘stand by’ participant is notified of seat availability approximately 48 hours in advance of the workshop’s commencement.
• should a ‘stand by’ seat not be available for nominated workshops after 3 months then the registration is forfeited
