To understand both the theory and the practice of conducting an effective interview

Anybody who conducts interviews as part of their job

Anybody else who is interested in knowing more about effective interview techniques

 | Evaluating a candidate’s technical skills and behavioural competencies |
 | Uncovering the real job motivators that have candidates take and leave jobs |
 | Reference checking |
 | Influencing effectively – what to do and say to have the candidate on your side |
 | Handling difficult interviewees |
Duration:
3½ to 4½ hour workshop (inc. break)depending upon group size and/or interviewing experience level
