CONDITIONS OF ENROLMENT |

| The October Rookie Program consists of 8 Sessions. The first session commences on Tuesday 1st February2011 and concludes with Session 8 on Tuesday 22nd March 2011. Please view the Program Schedule for exact dates and times for each Session. Registrations close at 5.00pm AEDST on Wednesday 26th January 2011. | |

a) |
If you are an existing member of the Ross Clennett Professional Development Community and HAVE NOT YET participated in previous RossClennett.com Rookie Programs, you can participate for free once only. Please proceed to Option 1 below. Only you (the registered member) can participate. |
| If you are an existing member, you cannot nominate another person to participate in the Rookie Program, but you can purchase a place or places for other people in your organisation for the Rookie Program via Option 2 below or you can purchase additional memberships for those non-members (which include the Rookie Program for free) via Option 3 below. | |
| b) | If you are not a member, but would like to purchase a membership and participate in the Rookie Program for free, please proceed to Option 3 below. Only the person purchasing the membership can participate in the Rookie Program. |

If you are not a member and would like to participate in the Rookie Program only, please proceed to Option 4 below. Please note that registration into the Rookie Program DOES NOT entitle you to membership to the RossClennett.com membership site. |
| d) | Once a person is enrolled in the Rookie Program, that person is entitled to one transfer ONLY of their enrolment, during that Program, to another person within their organisation (eg. in the event that the registered participant leaves the company or is unable to complete the Program for other reasons). |

e) |
Once a name and email address is used for registration/purchase into the Program, that person is deemed "the registered participant" and all future correspondence and communication will be directed to that person and that email address. If you have purchased a place or enrolled someone on their behalf, using your own name and email address (or the credit card holder's), please send the full name and email address of the actual participant to the Program Organiser. Failure to do this will result in the actual participant not being enrolled and unable to participate. |

f) |
Your individual log in, password and access to the webinar recordings and related material is restricted and monitored. The links to this material are provided exclusively to the registered participant only and must not be disclosed, distributed, reproduced, forwarded or shared. This is an explicit condition of your participation in the Program. Any breach of this condition could result in cancellation of your enrolment and immediate forfeiture of Program Fees. |
| g) | No refunds or credits will be given. |

h) |
The recordings and all related material for all sessions, will be available and accessible to all registered participants after each of the 8 sessions for the duration of the Program. Once the Program concludes, access to these recordings will continue to be available until 21st December 2010 (one week after the Program concludes). |
