TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR ENROLMENT IN A ROOKIE PROGRAM
Non-members of the Ross Clennett Professional Development Community ("membership site") who purchase a membership are entitled to ONE FREE ROOKIE PROGRAM TICKET with their annual membership, for participation in the Rookie Program ("the Program").
If you do not wish to purchase a membership with ONE FREE ROOKIE PROGRAM TICKET, you can purchase a place in the Rookie Program only (no membership).
Please review the Conditions of Enrolment then choose one of the Options (below) and proceed via the link provided for that Option.

NON-MEMBERS CONDITIONS OF ENROLMENT |

The Rookie Program consists of 8 Sessions.
The first Program commences on Tuesday 15th
February2011
and concludes with Session 8 on Tuesday 5 April 2011. Please
view the
Program Schedule
for exact dates and times for each Session.
Registrations for the first Program close at
5.00pm AEDST on Thursday 10th February 2011. There are 4
Rookie Programs in total, for each year. |

| 1. | "NON-MEMBER" means that you have NOT purchased or paid for a membership. If you are not sure if you are a current member, please send your full name and email address to the Program Organiser to check whether you are a member. |
| 2. | If you are not a member and would like to purchase a membership and use the FREE ROOKIE PROGRAM TICKET for yourself, please proceed to Option 1 below. |

If you are not a member and would like to purchase a membership and give the the FREE ROOKIE PROGRAM TICKET to someone else in your organisation to use, please proceed to Option 2 below. |

If you are not a member and would like to purchase a ROOKIE PROGRAM TICKET only (no membership included), please proceed to Option 3 below. |
| 5. | People who are given a FREE ROOKIE PROGRAM TICKET are not entitled to membership or access to the membership site. The TICKET is for participation in the Rookie Program only. |
| 6. | The FREE ROOKIE PROGRAM TICKET must be used for one of the Rookie Programs which concludes during the currency of your membership (ie. before your annual membership expires). Once your membership expires, the FREE ROOKIE PROGRAM TICKET is deemed to have expired and can not be used. |

Once a name and email address is used for registration/purchase into the Program, that person is deemed "the registered participant" and all future correspondence and communication will be directed to that person and that email address. If you have purchased a place or enrolled someone on their behalf, using your own name and email address (or the credit card holder's), please send the full name and email address of the actual participant to the Program Organiser. Failure to do this will result in the actual participant not being enrolled and unable to participate. |

Your individual log in, password and access to the webinar recordings and related material is restricted and monitored. The links to this material are provided exclusively to the registered participant only and must not be disclosed, distributed, reproduced, forwarded or shared. This is an explicit condition of your participation in the Program. Any breach of this condition could result in cancellation of your enrolment and immediate forfeiture of Program Fees. |
| 9. | No refunds or credits will be given and no transfers are permitted, once the Program has commenced |

The recordings and all related material for all sessions, will be available and accessible to all registered participants after each of the 8 sessions for the duration of the Program. Once the Program concludes, access to these recordings will continue to be available for one week after the Program concludes. |
