The core promise of the program: to create a high performance team through the people you hire, the expectations you set and the coaching conversations you have.

Each session will be light on theory and high on practical content, including how to have highly effective coaching conversations to address skill, behaviour and attitude issues. The program is fully interactive.

Feedback from the participants in the most recent LCHP rated the overall program as either Very valuable (67%) or Valuable (33%)

Here’s what recent participants have said about the program:

Ross Clennett has always been a recruitment guru to me; since my rookie days with Manpower I have devoured his ebooks and blogs and found them invaluable in filling the gaps in my practical experience and knowledge. Having now completed the Leadership Coaching for High Performance, I am feeling much better equipped to manage the challenges of running a growing team within my organisation. As always, Ross’ advice, experience, tools, techniques and delivery has been incredibly beneficial and I cannot recommend highly enough to anyone who is striving for exceptional performance and growth within the industry

I recently completed the Leadership Coaching for High Performance program with Ross. I highly recommend it to anyone currently leading or looking to lead sales teams. It’s a well-structured course that is interactive and practical. The course provides for a good assessment and reflection on your current leadership skills along with tools that will aid in achieving personal and team results.

Ross is a thoughtful and knowledgeable trainer, with a wealth of experience and interesting reading material that he draws upon. Having just completed the 'Leadership Coaching for High Performance' course, it was an enjoyable and informative program that has had an immediate impact for myself and my team. I'd recommend it highly for managers looking for an edge and who want to take their business to the next level.
