Here’s what recent participants have said about the program:
I highly recommend the Leadership and Coaching Course for High Performance by Ross Clennett. The program is well constructed, highly useful, and insightful and can be put into practice immediately. I do not believe there is any Leader/Manager in recruitment industry that could not further benefit from the fundamental principles of leadership that are presented in this program. I found I could immediately apply the principles of leadership learned in this course on a daily basis, which had an immediate positive impact in the people I managed.
Ross has an engaging teaching style, is highly knowledgeable and clearly passionate and enthusiastic about his subject matter, and embraces the latest research and proven strategies that make great leaders in the recruitment industry.
If you wanting to develop yourself further and become a more effective leader, then I have no hesitation recommending this well constructed program by Ross Clennett.
Ross Clennett has always been a recruitment guru to me; since my rookie days with Manpower I have devoured his ebooks and blogs and found them invaluable in filling the gaps in my practical experience and knowledge. Having now completed the Leadership Coaching for High Performance, I am feeling much better equipped to manage the challenges of running a growing team within my organisation. As always, Ross’ advice, experience, tools, techniques and delivery has been incredibly beneficial and I cannot recommend highly enough to anyone who is striving for exceptional performance and growth within the industry.

Ross is a thoughtful and knowledgeable trainer, with a wealth of experience and
interesting reading material that he draws upon. Having just completed the 'Leadership
Coaching for High Performance' course, it was an enjoyable and informative program
that has had an immediate impact for myself and my team. I'd recommend it highly
for managers looking for an edge and who want to take their business to the next
I would recommend to any consultants either taking on a management role within recruitment or currently holding the role to complete the LCHP program.
This course was truly enlightening and Ross gave real and honest advice, feedback & eye opening facts based on extensive experience and research within the industry.
