The Leadership Coaching for High Performance Program comprises six group webinar sessions of 90 minutes per session and one individual coaching session of 45 minutes.

The core promise of the program: to create a high performance team through the people you hire, the expectations you set and the coaching conversations you have.

The Leadership Coaching for High Performance Program comprises six group webinar sessions of 90 minutes per session and one individual coaching session of 45 minutes.

Each session will be light on theory and high on practical content, including how to have highly effective coaching conversations to address skill, behaviour and attitude issues. The program is fully interactive.

Feedback from the participants in the most recent LCHP rated the overall program as either Very valuable (67%) or Valuable (33%).

This is a highly cost and time effective live (via webinar) training program for leaders responsible for the performance of recruitment consultants, which is being hosted online from the comfort of your desk and computer.

The Program has a comprehensive workbook and also includes access to a range of eBooks, training videos and webinar recordings to complement the live material.

All participants completing the program will receive a Certificate of Attendance that is recognised by the RCSA (Aus & NZ) as worth 16 points towards gaining or maintaining professional accreditation.
