Coaching

Executive or Performance Coaching Program

This program is for organisational leaders or executives and covers the following:

  1. reviewing the client’s current performance within their existing organisational environment
  2. setting future goals for higher performance
  3. understanding what has prevented the client from achieving those goals already
  4. exploring new behaviours and attitudes that are possible pathways to better results
  5. practising and implementing the chosen new behaviours
  6. accountability and feedback on new behaviours and results
  7. a structure to ensure that new, more effective behaviours are permanently and unconsciously integrated into the client’s modus operandi

Transformational Coaching

This program is for individuals and covers the following:

  1. an understanding of the client’s attitudes, beliefs, past decisions, values and sense of self (identity)
  2. a challenging path of self discovery to rigourously address the client’s current path in life and whether this path is aligned with the client’s true purpose and calling in life, or not
  3. an accountable and focused plan of action that ensures the necessary changes are made to bring the client into alignment with their true purpose and identity

Strategic Coaching/Facilitation

This program is for business owners and covers a review, opportunity analysis, and pathway forward for the following:

  1. purpose
  2. vision
  3. values
  4. markets
  5. customers/clients
  6. points of difference (USP)
  7. staffing
  8. any other area that the client identifies as needing strategic focus

Recruitment Skills Coaching Program

The specific content is tailored according to the objectives and current skills of the client. Topics typically covered include:

  1. interviewing
  2. building a desk from scratch
  3. prospecting over the phone
  4. prospect visits
  5. marketing candidates
  6. influencing skills for both candidates and clients
  7. taking a job brief
  8. presenting a short list
  9. negotiating offers
  10. building key accounts
  11. developing a pool of top candidates
  12. desk/time management

Coaching Program Format

The coaching programs are conducted across a period of approximately 6 to 9 months with individual on-site, telephone or off-site coaching sessions of up to 90 minutes duration which are held approximately every fortnight. A minimum commitment of 12 sessions is required for all coaching programs except for the strategic coaching where typically a half or full day intensive session is completed before any further commitment is requested by the coach or made by the client.
